Coco Mango Ice Cream AW Restaurant

I had said in my previous article, Mango is populer fruit now. Many restaurant do mix and match with this fruit. Many restaurant creat a new thing and new idea with mango, but many idea is dessert.

Hem, i think i got a new idea! Why do you guys make mango for lunch menu or dinner menu? As mango fried rice, mango kangkung, mango  indomie. Creative right? Im sure, it’s definetly delicious with a great compotition.

One of restaurant that mix and match mango is AW restaurant. I think everyone knows AW, this restaurant is one of popular restaurant in indonesia a.k.a folk’s restaurant,  a.k.a citizen’s restaurant, like kfc and mcd. AW restaurant has tagline “Restaurant Khas Amerika” (Restaurant Special America)

This restaurant serve many dessert  which is created from mango, as milkshake mango, ice cream mango, waffle mango. But in this part i will share about ice cream mango that served by AW.

This menu called Coco Mango. This ice cream consist of two  layer. Lets dissect this layer from above layer. First layer, you will eat vanilla ice cream with syrup mango. This is a good taste, but this syrup taste strong. Maybe the waitress put the syrup too much or i don’t know, it makes the ice cream taste too sweet. I love sweet taste, but its too sweet. I think i was wrong, because i did’nt shake the syrup and ice cream, thus, make the taste not equal among ice cream and mango syrup. Then , you will find little slice of coco jelly among the ice cream.

Second layer, you will find mango pudding. Actully, i really really love it ! this is the special one, i don’t expect there is mango puding in this i cream. I guess this is just ice cream with mango syrup, but this pudding  is different.  This pudding taste good, i love it!

Over all, this ice cream makes you fresh ! moreover you eat this ice cream in summer, you will love it.  Oh ya,the price of this ice cream among IDR 15.000, but if you try this ice cream in the airport i can’t ensure the price is same. The price will be a little bit expensive than before.
